Romans 8 25-26
25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.

That is how I feel today. Like I don't know what I should be praying for. Like a lost lamb whose compass is broken inside and can't seem to find north, like the magnet just got up and walked away.

I stumbled onto this verse today because this is the one I need to hear. God is good and he is in control. I needed to know that the Spirit has and will intercede on my behalf.
