During the past year I have not been on the computer as much because sitting at the desk where the computer is kept has been painful. Well, really sitting anywhere is painful. My leg prefers to not be bent. There are many times that I have yearned to scratch my creative side and write or to be on-line with the youth and have not been able to stay on as long as I would like.

I have homework and classes to attend on the computer this coming fall and I knew I would have a real difficulty managing it.

Thanks to a brilliant idea from a friend the problem is solved. I am typing this from my bed. My leg can be in a comfortable position allowing me to stay on-line as long as I like. There are a few details I have to work out like the keyboard and mouse and how to position them. Right now the keyboard is on my lap and I have to reach to use the mouse. Some sort of try should do the trick. I would like to think of something that can be put out of the way easily and won't take up much space.

I am just happy to be able to write when I feel like writing; talk when I feel like talking; and be on with the youth when I feel like it. Better yet, when they feel like talking. Too many times I have not been there when they have sent an I need to talk message.

:-) Added bonus I can watch Divx and DVD on here to. :-)
