Over the last few years I have enjoyed reading a blog about my secret love, candy. Ok, maybe not so secret. While I do try to keep from eating the stuff I have loved eating vicariously through this blog.

The descriptions of color, flavor, the snap of a chocolate bar sigh; The pictures of cross sections, packaging size comparisons; the description of smell; are almost as satisfying as eating the candy.

There is something about really well made sweets that just makes me happy.

Ummm Brownies

I came home today to find a plate of brownies in my kitchen with a lovely birthday card from my neighbor. I love brownies! and birthday brownies are the best brownies cause they are made jam packed full of love.
